We do not offer a separate warranty on performance software. As with all tuning providers, modifications increase mechanical stress and therefore cannot be covered under a traditional warranty structure.

We do not carry out mechanical strip-down inspections. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is in good mechanical condition prior to tuning.

If a vehicle presents with warning lights, faults, smoke, abnormal noises, or known issues, we reserve the right to refuse tuning.

The most common reasons are:

• The enquiry relates to a vehicle we do not support

Our phone lines operate Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm. If you are calling outside of these hours, the phone will not ring.

If you call during opening hours and we are unable to answer, we are likely working in the workshop. Please leave a message or send an email.

We operate strictly by appointment only. We are not a walk-in retail premises.

If you do not have a confirmed booking, the workshop may be closed to the public while work is carried out.

No. For safety and insurance reasons, customers are not permitted in the workshop or inside the vehicle during the tuning process.

The workshop environment contains moving vehicles, electrical equipment and lifting systems, and must remain distraction-free.

We accept cash or card payments on the day.

If paying by bank transfer (BACS), funds must be cleared at least 2 hours prior to arrival.

Please allow up to 2 hours for a typical remap appointment. Some vehicles may require additional time depending on complexity, read/write speeds, or software revisions.

A remap is safe when carried out on a mechanically healthy vehicle using professionally developed software.

However, tuning will not repair or mask existing mechanical faults. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is properly maintained prior to modification.
